From the first session we’ll uncover how your habits of movement and support have formed the foundation for your current quality of life. To create a path for improvement, you’ll understand the habitual conditions under which you maintain your discomfort. From here we can build your capacity for improvement, and provide you with better criteria to move and function in your life. You will be learning and studying yourself in a more specific and comprehensive way than you have encountered before.
The good news is that if you can move, you can learn. Your ability to attend and trust your body again is an evergreen resource that I will help you cultivate. Clients are often surprised to discover pleasure and power in the learning process.
